Animal Wellbeing
The Animal Wellbeing program at Reid Park Zoo is designed to ensure that all animals are regularly evaluated on a scale from good to poor in all aspects of species specific and individual care. Evaluations are then reviewed and any needed changes are made to improve the animals wellbeing.
Every month there are Office Hours hosted by the Animal Behavior and Wellbeing Program Leader to answer any wellbeing related questions.
